Frozen Cranberry Pie

Frozen Cranberry Pie

Man I love simple and easy and yummy! Lately I am always craving something (pregnancy will do that to a girl!). I wanted something sweet, but not too sweet, and cold and delicious. My sister-in-law first introduced me to this type of pie this summer when she came for a visit. Oh it was good!

Since it is now winter I wanted to change her recipe up a bit and make it fit the season, so…bring on the Cranberry Frozen Pie! Cranberries are for winter, right?!

Such an easy pie to whip up, all you need are the following 4 ingredients:

Whip Cream, Can of frozen cranberry juice, vanilla ice cream, oreo cookie pie crust

Frozen Cranberry Pie

In a bowl mix together 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, 3/4 container of cool whip, and the entire can of frozen cranberry juice. Since some of these items might be too hard to mix together, you might have to wait for them to thaw a little in the bowl.

Once all ingredients are soft enough to stir. Just mix them together into a frothy pink goodness. Then pour right into the pie crust.

Put the pie into the freezer and as soon as it is frozen enough for your liking, cut it into pieces, top it with more cool whip and serve it up! Get in my belly!

Enjoy!!
